David and Christina, as well as the rest of the firm, guided us with a steady hand through the entire attorney review process and were responsive to all of our concerns and questions. They provided excellent counsel when needed and were exceptional in handling the negotiations that occurred. Huff, Moran & Orron, LLC was recommended to me by my realtor to represent me as a seller's attorney. I've been so happy with that recommendation. When I left a message for David Orron, my call was immediately returned by his colleague, Bill Moran. Bill made himself available to answer any of my questions until David was available. As I'm a first-time seller (selling a home for my parents), I needed a lot of hand-holding and David and Christina provided that. Christina was incredibly responsive and kept me in the loop on what was happening on with the buyer, buyer attorney and lender. Both David and Christina broke down real estate legal rules for me and were incredibly patient with my multiple questions. David covered all bases with respect the complicated trust scenario I had and the fees were so reasonable, I thought they had made a mistake!
